Building Permits Add-On new
The LotInfo Permits add-on module maps the locations of recent NYC Department of Buildings permits, color coded by type. Permit information is downloaded from the NYC Department of Buildings web site. Permit data is updated quarterly by LotInfo.
When you turn on the Permit layer in LotInfo
• Lots with building permits are displayed, colored by permit type with legend
• Click on a lot using the ID tool and permit types, numbers and dates for that lot appear in the Data Viewer at the left of your screen
• Click on an individual permit in the Data Viewer, and detailed permit information is displayed including Building Identification Number, permit issue and start dates, and Owner and Contractor information (name, address, phone number)
