NYC Subways maps subway lines and stations in the five boroughs. Lines and stations are provided on separate map layers that can be overlaid on the base map and turned on or off.
Subway lines are color coded and labeled at station points
Stations are mapped, labeled and attached to Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA) average weekday, Saturday and Sunday ridership numbers. Using the selection tool, you can click on a station and bring up these numbers in the data viewer (subway tab)
District boundaries
US Census Boundaries, NYC Administrative Districts, Electoral Districts and Zip codes can be overlaid on the lot level base map, and turned on or off.  District ct boundaries include:

School Districts
Police Precincts
Fire Companies
Health Areas
Health Center Districts
 
Census and Postal Boundaries: US Census 2000 Tracts
US Census 2000 Blocks
Zip Codes
